At Piazza Firenze, we take pride in delivering good quality leather products. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- No scratches, stains, or signs of use
- All original tags, packaging, and dust bags are included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
- A continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the package condition from the moment it is opened until the item has been fully inspected.
Piazza Firenze reserves the right to request supporting evidence for any return, exchange, or claim, including but not limited to photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and other relevant documentation.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item
You must contact us within 24 hours after after receiving the product.
The item must remain unused and in its original condition.
For faster verification, we strongly recommend providing:
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
- An unboxing video
All claims are subject to review and approval.
Claims submitted after 24 hours or without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)
We offer a one-time exchange for items that are not defective (e.g., size, color), subject to the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange
Exchanges are only allowed for the same item or items of equal value.
We do not accommodate exchanges for items of different value.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose to follow the return process and place a new order.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
After receiving approval and return instructions, customers must:
- Return the item in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
Piazza Firenze is not responsible for any damage caused by improper return packaging.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, shipping costs will be covered by Piazza Firenze
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Piazza Firenze is not responsible for lost return shipments
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Replacement & Refund Process
All replacements and refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Customers are required to ship the item back according to our return instructions.
Once the item is received and approved:
- A replacement will be sent, or
- A refund will be issued
Replacement items will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.
In certain cases, Piazza Firenze reserves the right to:
- Provide a replacement without waiting for the return, or
- Issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned
This decision is made at our discretion based on the case.
Piazza Firenze reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the policy requirements.
Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged in Transit)
Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
We will assist in coordinating with the courier to investigate the issue.
If the shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition immediately.
For faster verification, we strongly recommend providing:
- Photos or videos of the damaged packaging
- An unboxing video
- Clear evidence of the damaged item
All claims are subject to review and approval.
