• Order cancellation: Customer-initiated cancellations are not permitted after payment has been confirmed.
• Damaged or incorrect items: Must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
• Return eligibility: Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items, subject to review and approval.
• Item condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and included accessories.
• Proof required: Order proof and supporting photos/videos, including an unboxing video, may be required for any claim.
