This Website provides an online platform for the sale of curated leather fashion goods, including but not limited to bags, jackets, footwear, accessories, and related products. The products offered through this Website are sourced from selected UMKM partners and have undergone a curation process by Yayasan Poppy Dharsono based on considerations including product quality, design, craftsmanship, and suitability for presentation through Piazza Firenze. Piazza Firenze does not represent that all products displayed on the Website are manufactured directly by Piazza Firenze. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Website or its services at any time.

Product Sourcing and Curation
Products available through Piazza Firenze are sourced from selected UMKM partners. The products have undergone a curation process by Yayasan Poppy Dharsono before being offered through the Website. As the products are supplied by independent UMKM partners, product availability, stock levels, preparation time, and production capacity may vary. The curation process does not mean that Piazza Firenze or Yayasan Poppy Dharsono directly manufactures every product offered through the Website.

Account Registration

1. You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Website.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
4. Piazza Firenze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Product Information

1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date.
2. Product images may vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and other display conditions.
3. Due to the natural characteristics of leather, variations in color, texture, grain, and finish may occur from one product to another.
4. Natural variations in leather are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and shall not be considered product defects.
5. Minor variations resulting from the individual production or finishing process shall not be considered defects where the product remains within its intended specifications and quality standards.
6. Product descriptions, specifications, images, availability, and pricing may be updated or changed without prior notice.

Product Availability & Fulfillment
Product availability is subject to confirmation. Because products are sourced from independent UMKM partners, the availability shown on the Website may not always represent real-time physical inventory. After an order is placed, Piazza Firenze may verify the availability and fulfillment status of the ordered product with the relevant UMKM partner. An order may be fulfilled through:

1. Available existing inventory; or
2. Additional preparation or production by the relevant UMKM partner.
3. If a product is available in existing inventory, Piazza Firenze will proceed with the preparation of the order for shipment.
4. If a product requires additional preparation or production, the estimated preparation or production period may be 14–30 working days.
5. The stated 14–30 working day period applies only where additional preparation or production is required and does not include shipping or delivery time.

Production and Fulfillment Time
Where additional preparation or production is required, the estimated fulfillment period is 14–30 working days. For the purpose of this policy, working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Indonesian national public holidays. The applicable fulfillment period begins after payment has been successfully confirmed and the order has been confirmed for processing. The 14–30 working day period is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on product specifications, material availability, production requirements, quality control, UMKM partner capacity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Piazza Firenze will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are fulfilled within the stated estimated timeframe. If there is a significant delay affecting an order, Piazza Firenze may provide an update regarding the status of the order.

Pricing and Payment

1. All prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
2. Applicable taxes, fees, or other charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
3. Piazza Firenze reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, technical, or system errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
4. In the event of a pricing or system error, Piazza Firenze reserves the right to refuse or cancel the affected order.
5. Any payment made for an order cancelled due to a pricing or system error will be refunded in accordance with applicable procedures.

Order Acceptance and Confirmation
All orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation, product availability, and fulfillment confirmation. Placing an order through the Website does not guarantee that the product is physically available at the time the order is submitted. Piazza Firenze reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

1. The product is unavailable and cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
2. Required materials are unavailable.
3. Production or fulfillment cannot reasonably be completed.
4. Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
5. Unauthorized resale or abusive purchasing activity.
6. Pricing, technical, or system errors.
7. Failure to complete required payment or verification.

Where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, Piazza Firenze will communicate the situation to the customer and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate refund.

Order Cancellation
Because orders may require specific preparation, sourcing, or production arrangements with UMKM partners, customer-initiated order cancellations are not permitted after payment has been confirmed.There is no cancellation window after payment confirmation. Customers are therefore responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before completing payment, including:

1. Product selection.
2. Size.
3. Color.
4. Variant.
5. Quantity.
6. Shipping information.
7. Other applicable order details.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Orders will be prepared for shipment after the applicable fulfillment process has been completed.
2. Where additional preparation or production is required, the estimated fulfillment period is 14–30 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Indonesian national public holidays.
3. The 14–30 working day fulfillment period does not include shipping or delivery time.
4. Shipping and delivery times depend on the selected shipping method, destination, courier, and other circumstances outside Piazza Firenze’s reasonable control.
5. Delivery timelines provided by the courier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Piazza Firenze.
6. Piazza Firenze shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs procedures, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
8. Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be charged to the customer where applicable.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Due to the nature of the products and fulfillment process, non-defective products are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to:

1. Change of mind.
2. Incorrect size selection.
3. Color preference.
4. Variant selection.
5. Personal preference.
6. Other reasons unrelated to product defects, damage, or fulfillment errors.

Piazza Firenze reserves the right to:

1. Reject return requests that do not comply with the Return & Refund Policy.
2. Require supporting evidence, including photos, videos, packaging documentation, shipping labels, and other relevant information.
3. Provide specific return instructions that must be followed by the customer.

Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Website, including but not limited to:

1. Trademarks.
2. Logos.
3. Product designs.
4. Images.
5. Text.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Piazza Firenze, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and relevant service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

2. Your violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure
Piazza Firenze shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Where reasonably possible, Piazza Firenze will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays affecting an order.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Piazza Firenze regarding the use of this Website and the purchase of products through the Website.
